I feel fortunate and inspired to engage in my present work as a therapist, which requires me to continually draw from my own always-evolving experience.
In previous phases of my life, I've been a community college professor, English teacher, dusty traveler, free-lance writer, and rushing waitress.
Wandering shady trails through firs and cedars, listening to the ocean's persistent roar, feeling the sun-warmed sand beneath me, and appreciating the rain washing the green leaves fresh again--these are some of my great pleasures during my free time. I'm passionate about learning, and have more books in my home than I can get to. Becoming a great therapist is a lifetime commitment, and I'm dedicated to using my skills, wisdom, grace, intuition, and humor to help my clients.
