I find the process of growth, self-discovery, steady releasing of limiting beliefs, and inhabiting a life of more freedom and spaciousness a thrilling part of being alive. It isn't easy, but is rewarding.
I draw on a fairly varied amount of life experience that has helped foster my openness and curiosity towards a wide range of people, perspectives, and experiences. In previous phases of my life, I've taught community college, been a tutor, waited tables, hustled free-lance writing and editing gigs, and wandered around the world with a backpack. I've lived in Texas, Hawaii, California, Virginia, and Oregon.
I love learning and have more books in my home than I can keep up with, and am dedicated to using my skills and knowledge, relational presence, intuition, and humor to help my clients.
